Purpose

WCC Chief Finance is a private internal accounting integration operated by B Whitlock, PLC.

It is used to assist authorized personnel with internal QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, transaction classification, financial reconciliation, and related accounting operations.

Authorized use

The integration is not offered to the public.

Use is restricted to B Whitlock, PLC and persons or systems specifically authorized by B Whitlock, PLC.

QuickBooks Online access

The integration may read and write accounting information in B Whitlock, PLC’s QuickBooks Online company file when authorized through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 process.

Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate authority to access the applicable QuickBooks Online company.

Accounting controls

Automated accounting actions are subject to B Whitlock, PLC’s internal reconciliation, classification, audit, and exception-handling procedures.

The underlying financial institution statement remains the authoritative source used for bank and credit-card statement reconciliation.

Availability

The integration is maintained for internal operational purposes. Availability may depend on Intuit QuickBooks Online, network connectivity, local systems, and other required services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
